By creating an account or using UNBRKN, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
UNBRKN is a mobile application designed to support individuals in their nicotine recovery journey. The app provides:
- Daily usage and mood tracking
- CBT-based craving intervention tools
- Progress tracking with XP and streaks
- Community support features
- Private journaling
- Educational content
3. Medical Disclaimer
UNBRKN is not a medical service. The app is a support tool and is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding nicotine addiction or any medical condition.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use UNBRKN. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
5. Account Registration
To use UNBRKN, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
6. Subscription and Payments
UNBRKN offers subscription-based premium features. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees
- Automatic renewal unless canceled
- Manage subscriptions through the App Store
Refunds are handled according to Apple’s App Store policies.
7. User Content
You may create content including journal entries and community posts. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display it within the app (for community posts only).
You agree not to post content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, or threatening
- Harasses or bullies other users
- Contains hate speech or discrimination
- Promotes self-harm or substance abuse
- Infringes on others' intellectual property
- Contains spam or commercial solicitation
8. Community Guidelines
The UNBRKN community (“The Fam”) is a supportive space. Users must:
- Treat others with respect and empathy
- Support fellow members in their recovery
- Report inappropriate content
- Not share personal information of others
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
9. Intellectual Property
The UNBRKN app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNBRKN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
We do not guarantee that the app will help you quit nicotine. Results vary based on individual circumstances and commitment to the program.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UNBRKN from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which UNBRKN operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
